The session featured contributions from Olivier Schotel, Lisette van der Linde (both de Roos), Chloé Bailey (European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights) and Giuseppe Cioffo (CCC) and was moderated by  Aintzane Márquez Tejón (SOMO). They reflected on the factual background, the legal theory, the role of consumer law, and the broader political and regulatory context in which the case is being brought (including the broader debate on CSDDD in Europe).
