Help make our court case against Levi's possible!

In the spring of 2026 CCC is launching a court case against Levi's for misleading claims with regards to working conditions. Levi's statements about responsible production and respect for workers’ rights convinced consumers they were buying from an ethical brand - but the experience of former workers of Levi's supplier Özak Tekstil in Türkiye was very different.

Workers who participated in peaceful protests for better working conditions were met with violence and later fired.

Dutch law protects consumers against false advertising. Together with a group of individual consumers we're asking Levi's to be honest and stay true to its promises about responsible production.
