Statement of solidarity with the garment workers of Ukraine

We, the Global Clean Clothes Campaign Network, stand in solidarity with garment, textile and all workers in Ukraine.

We condemn the invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces, as we do any act of aggression, invasion and war.

We strongly urge all political leaders, trade union leaders, diplomats and activists to support and help the Ukrainian people to protect the sovereignty of their country.

We will continue to closely follow the situation in Ukraine and we will support as much as we can.
