Fashioning a Just Transition - Call for Proposals (for EU-based organisations)
The Fashioning a Just Transition project, led by Clean Clothes Campaign in collaboration with 12 other organisations, invites EU-based organisations to apply for funding to help drive a fair and sustainable transformation of the fashion industry—one that puts workers at its centre.
Through this re-granting scheme, a total of €260,000 will be distributed to support impactful projects that engage young people, strengthen alliances, and mobilise communities around the principles of a Just Transition.
What we’re looking for
We welcome proposals that:
- Raise awareness about the social and environmental impact of the fashion industry
- Engage and mobilise young people and communities
- Build alliances between civil society, activists, and workers’ organisations
- Amplify the call for a just transition in fashion
Projects can focus on:
- Awareness raising & alliance building (e.g. campaigns, events, creative actions)
- Community engagement & organising (e.g. mobilising influencers, grassroots action, multiplier networks)

- Project duration: up to 12 months (ending by September 2027)

We particularly encourage organisations with experience in campaigning, community mobilisation, and working on issues such as workers’ rights, environmental justice, and corporate accountability.
