Just Fashion Means Fashion Justice <3 - A Zine for People Who Care is based on the Fashioning a Just Transition Manifesto. The Manifesto, co-developed by young people, workers, Clean Clothes Campaign and allies, sets out core principles that act as guiding stars for a Just Transition to a renewed future of fashion that values people and restores nature, not one that exploits both for profit.

The zine is designed to be the manifesto’s younger sister, bringing each point to life through a series of interviews, articles and games. It delves deep into some of fashion’s most urgent problems but doesn’t get lost in the doom and gloom. There’s tons of insights and inspo from union leaders and young people, plus actions you can take in your daily life.

Poor living standards. Rising global temperatures. Gendered and racialised violence. Ecological collapse. Extractive tech. Escalating Wars. The biggest challenges of our time are rooted in the exploitation of people and the planet for the profit of a few. In these challenging times, the need to come together has never been more urgent.

Change doesn’t start in boardrooms. It starts with us: makers and wearers. Our collective future is ours to shape. Make your voice heard for just fashion.
