The Asia Floor Wage Alliance

Are an international alliance of trade unions and labour rights activists who are working together to demand garment workers are paid a living wage.   As an alliance led by trade unions in the key garment producing countries in the region, the Asia Floor Wage Alliance represents the concerns and needs of the workers themselves.

Central to their demands is the call for a living wage to be paid to all garment workers - and this has led to the development of the Asia Floor Wage calculation.
